Professional Bio I am a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with over six years of experience supporting children with diverse learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN). I am passionate about creating inclusive, structured, and engaging learning environments that help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), manage positive behavior strategies, and promote student independence both inside and outside the classroom.
