Hello Dear parent, I'm Juliette. I chose to work as a Learning Support Assistant because I find purpose in helping children discover what they are capable of not just academically but in their confidence, communication, and independence. My experience includes supporting children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, speech and language delays, dyslexia and a range of additional learning needs across both school and one to one settings. I understand that no two children are the same which is why I never rely on a one size fits all approach. I take time to build trust, understand each child's unique way of learning and create support that feels encouraging, structured, and meaningful. Parents often want someone who will care for their child as much as they do. That's the standard I hold myself to every day. I value patience, consistency, honest communication, and celebrating every milestone, no matter how small it may seem. My aim is to help every child feel understood, capable, and confident while working closely with families and teachers to achieve lasting progress. For me being an LSA is more than a job it's a responsibility I carry with genuine care, dedication and heart.
