With experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder, I am passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Throughout my experience as a Learning Support Assistant, I have provided individualized support, implemented behavior management strategies, and collaborated closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure students achieve their full potential. My knowledge of both the British and American curricula, together with my training in ABA principles and strong understanding of child development, has enabled me to effectively support students with varying abilities and learning styles. I am a compassionate, patient, and dedicated professional who values teamwork and believes in fostering independence, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning.
