About hiring a shadow teacher in Sharjah
Mona Moustafa Rezk is a verified shadow teacher offering one-to-one learning support in Sharjah. Mona supports children who need help with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism Support, working inside mainstream classrooms rather than pulling them out of the group.
Mona delivers support in Arabic. Day to day, Mona works with your child's class teacher and the school's inclusion team, following the Individualised Education Plan (IEP) so lessons stay accessible without singling the child out.
Support by need
Mona lists autism among the areas they support. For an autistic child that usually means preparing them for transitions, keeping a visual schedule to hand, managing sensory load in a busy room and prompting peer interaction without taking it over.
