About hiring a shadow teacher in Dubai
Besongngem Mbikeng is a verified shadow teacher offering one-to-one learning support in Dubai. Besongngem supports children who need help with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Management, working inside mainstream classrooms rather than pulling them out of the group.
Besongngem delivers support in English. Day to day, Besongngem works with your child's class teacher and the school's inclusion team, following the Individualised Education Plan (IEP) so lessons stay accessible without singling the child out.
Support by need
Besongngem lists autism among the areas they support. For an autistic child that usually means preparing them for transitions, keeping a visual schedule to hand, managing sensory load in a busy room and prompting peer interaction without taking it over.
